....These days it seems like I'm getting back to some of the "old days" listening to some Better Than Ezra - great early 90s rock . They breathed new life in their old songs with their live recording last year: Better Than Ezra Live at the House of Blues New Orleans
But most recently while editing, I've been listening to Joshua Radin Simple Times album while editing.. Loving track #2
On the road.... Gotta have a great driving album right? Wade Bowen If We Ever Make It Home album. "Why Makes Perfect Sense" seems to have the highest play count on my iTunes. Hmmm... wonder why. I guess its a perfect missing you kinda song.

Hi John! Happy New Year! Just a quick note to tell you how everyone can't stop gushing over this picture! More people have asked for your information than they have about Christmas itself. You are truly a professional and a wonderful person, that shows in every picture you take.
(01.01.09 @ 04:45 PM)Fort Worth Stockyards + Love Shack Burger + Paige + Tom =one fantastic engagement session!
It was a first time at the stockyards for me. I've been wanting to throw some sawdust on the floor of Billy Bob's. Now I have one more reason to make the 20 minute drive: Love Shack Burger of course! I can't say enough about it. Dirty Love Burger and a side of onion rings....all I have to say!
Ok now the pics!

This past weekend was a uber fun one for Christelle and Cody. I actually went to high school with Christelle back in the day...WAY back in the day. So, it was really fun to be able to even see a few people from back in 'ol Cy-Falls HS days.
Christelle and Cody had such a beautiful ceremony held outside at Shirly Acres. The weather was fantastic and not the usual hot stickiness that is normal in Houston. Every part of the wedding was so moving. Especially after knowing only a LITTLE BIT of their back story. I have to confess to shedding a few tears. What a powerful wedding. Congrats guys! I wish only the best for you both.
Many thanks to JP and Crystal who helped out a TON. You guys are both rock stars!
